By booking icelandgoldencircle.com website you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. - Our Services
Icelandgoldencircle.com is a tour operator in Iceland offering guided day tours and private excursions. - Booking Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate details when booking (e.g., names, dates, number of participants).
Always review your confirmation carefully.
Errors made during booking are your responsibility and may not be correctable close to the tour date. - Tour Changes & Cancellations by Us
Tours may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather, safety or other factors beyond our control (force majeure).
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
Customer cancellations due to weather are non-refundable. - Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Icelandic Krona (ISK).
Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only.
Icelandgoldencircle.com reserves the right to adjust rates due to inflation, taxes, or economic changes.
All prices include VAT and are subject to official tax adjustments. - Pick-Up & Attendance
You must be ready at your designated pick-up location on time.
Missing your pick-up means no refund.
If possible, we may reschedule your tour but this depends on availability and is not guaranteed. - Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, accidents, and unforeseen events. - Cancellation & Refund Policy (Customer-Initiated)
10+ days before tour: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
3–9 days before tour: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours or no-shows: No refund.

You must wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor conditions.
Participation may be refused if you are under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or acting inappropriately.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
Our guide may refuse participation if they believe your behaviour affects the safety or comfort of others. - Risks & Liability
All outdoor tours carry inherent risks. Participation is at your own responsibility.
Icelandgoldencircle.com is not liable for accidents caused by customer negligence or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events).
Depending on the activity, you may be required to sign a liability waiver or disclose relevant medical information. - Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information provided to us is kept confidential and will not be sold to third parties. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes will be handled by the Reykjavik District Court in Iceland. - Contact Us
